Rental Terms & Conditions

A customer placing an order on RentSmart's website or through an online order form agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental contract

By renting a product the customer enters into a rental contract with RentSmart, wherein RentSmart transfers the rights to use the product to the customer on payment of the rent. This contract does not transfer ownership. The item must be returned in the original condition in which it was delivered.

2. Tenure of contract

The tenure is the period chosen while placing the order. Returning early does not create a refund of unused days. Extensions depend on availability and RentSmart's confirmation.

3. Payment policy

Each order includes the rental amount, any refundable deposit for applicable categories, and delivery/pickup charges if any.
