Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers PS5, PlayStation VR2, Apple products, home electronics and adventure gear rented from RentSmart in India.

Cancellation before dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch on WhatsApp or email. Amounts paid are refunded after gateway charges, usually within 5–7 business days.

After dispatch

Once dispatched, cancellation is treated as a delivery attempt and rental or logistics costs may apply.

Returns of faulty goods

Report damage, defects or a wrong product within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video. Pickup is arranged from the same address used for delivery.
