What Our Customers Actually Say: Real PS5 Rental Reviews from Delhi NCR
We collected honest, unedited feedback from customers who rented a PS5 through RentSmart across Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon — including the last-minute birthday bookings and the hassle-free returns.
By RentSmart Gaming Team
Instead of writing another "why PS5 rental is great" post, we asked a handful of recent customers what actually stood out to them. Here's what came back, unedited beyond trimming for length.
On last-minute bookings:
Manish Kumar: *"Best renting service of PS5 in Delhi NCR. Affordable renting plans and same day delivery."*
Aryan Bajaj: *"I called them up around 7 pm on a weekend and they arranged a PS5 for me within a few hours with hassle-free pickup and drop. The quality of their console was top notch."*
Tannu Saini: *"Needed a PS5 and gaming wheel last minute for my friend's birthday party. They had everything ready and delivered within a few hours."*
On the actual handoff experience:
Vikash Kumar: *"The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and completely hassle-free. The console was in excellent condition — top quality."*
Abhinav Sharma: *"Needed a PS5 and gaming wheel for my brother's birthday party. They delivered the PlayStation 5 and racing wheel right to my house. Everything was clean and worked perfectly."*
On value for casual gamers:
Vishal Mishra: *"I am a gamer at heart. But getting a PS5 would have been a dream only, if it wasn't for RentSmart. The rent is very reasonable and the process is smooth."*
What we noticed in the pattern:
Most of these bookings were reactive — someone realized they needed a console within hours, not weeks, of an event (a birthday, a weekend plan, a friend visiting). That's the actual use case we see most: not long-term gaming setups, but short bursts around specific occasions.
Where we deliver same-day:
Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad — for same-day delivery in most cases. Outside these areas, it typically becomes next-day.
Pricing if you're comparing:
• Week: ₹3,499 • 2 weeks: ₹4,999 (₹359/day) • Delivery and pickup: ₹249
There is no ₹1,899 weekend rate and no ₹5,249 monthly plan. If you want to book, WhatsApp +91-9870577040 with your area and the date you need it — we'll tell you honestly whether same-day is realistic for your address before you commit.
